Eligibility Criteria
- Must be from the Niger Delta region
- Must have:
- First Class OR
- Second Class Upper Division
- Must be below 40 years of age

Selection Process
- Online application submission
- Preliminary shortlisting based on:
- WASSCE/NECO results
- Degree classification
- Local Government Identification
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Minimum score: 70%
- Further shortlisting
- Final verification through LGA & CDC
Important Notes
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
- CBT is mandatory
- No communication with non-shortlisted candidates
- Preference given to oil-producing communities (if qualified)
- No deferment or change of course/institution allowed
- Final decision rests with the Commission
