Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in fund sourcing, investment promotion, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving investment growth and maintaining investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Mobilization
- Source funds from individuals and corporate organizations
- Ensure adequate liquidity for company operations
Business Development
- Identify new markets and build strong investor relationships
- Expand client base and investment opportunities
Investment Management
- Recommend profitable investment options
- Maintain a diversified funding portfolio (avoid reliance on a single source)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or professional certification is an advantage)
- 3–6 years experience in financial services (treasury/market-facing role)
- Proven ability to sell financial products and manage client relationships
- Strong experience in:
- Cold calling & lead generation
- Client retention
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
