Role Overview
Selected candidates will undergo structured training while working across different roles, locations, and business functions. This programme is designed to build future leaders within the organization.
Trainees will be primarily based in Lagos but may be assigned to various departments or locations nationwide depending on business needs.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university
- Have at least five credits in GCE, NECO, or equivalent (including Mathematics and English)
- Be no older than 26 years at the time of employment
- Have completed the NYSC programme and possess a discharge certificate
- Clearly state Date of Birth, Gender, and Class of Degree in their application
