The Bayelsa State Ministry of Youth Development, in partnership with the Foundation for Partnership Initiative in the Niger Delta (PIND), has opened applications for the Diri Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training for Youths (D-TVET) programme.
This life-changing initiative is designed to empower unemployed and underemployed youths in Bayelsa State with practical, in-demand skills that can lead to self-reliance, job creation, and sustainable livelihoods.
The D-TVET programme offers hands-on training across key economic sectors, including Agriculture, Boatbuilding, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Construction, Services, and other vocational fields critical to local and regional development.
